Devin McCourty (@McCourtyTwins) wants to know how this works. Can anyone help him? I think it just means you only get older once every four years, right? Like if my birthday was on February 29th, then I wouldn't be 20 years old. I would be 5. That's really the only logical way something this outrageous could work.
